I’ve been teaching Illinois Real Estate in my investment club for over 3 years. And the membership kept growing and growing. I never charged anything because I was learning so much myself and the reward in helping out friends and family was just overwhelming. The burden of splitting my time between everybody soon became to much and I started to only focus on a select group of friends. I hated it. I hated that I could not help everyone. Then my students encouraged me to make them this video. To be used just amongst the investment club and to help their close friends and family. We had some great success with the VHS cassette tape that we decided to update this into a new DVD that not only includes the previous material but more bonus material from my teacher, Anthony Macias.
So we begin shooting this new DVD starting today. I look foward to offering this new educational documentary that has helped over 50 members in my real estate investment club on how to buy real estate in Illinois
